This Mall has the Gross Leasable Area of 700,000 m2 (7,500,000 sq ft) which makes it the World’s largest mall, situated at Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
It was inaugurated by the ex Prime Minister of Malaysia, YAB Datuk Seri Dr Mahathir bin Muhammad in October 2003.
This Mall is a twin tower complex and both towers are 203 meters (666 ft) tall, with 48 floors. These towers contain 1000+ number of stores and services which offers shopping, luxury accommodation, business, food and entertainment.
This Mall has another plus point that it has Asia’s largest indoor theme park. It is also the world’s largest building ever built in just a single phase of construction and 5th largest building in the world by floor area. The Developer, Management and Owner of this largest Mall are Berjaya Group which owned by Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Vincent Tan.
